Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at spkajungleresort.com or making a booking with SPKA Jungle Resort, Thalanar Estate, Near Valparai, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 642105, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in for all guests.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Room tariff includes accommodation, complimentary breakfast, access to swimming pools, 3 private waterfall visits, campfire (weather permitting), plantation tour, and use of indoor games facilities.
  • Additional experiences such as Jeep Safari (25km), guided treks, and special activities may incur extra charges as specified at the time of booking.
  • Room rates are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate quoted at the time of reservation.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests are requested to inform the resort in advance if they expect to arrive after 6:00 PM.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the check-in date will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions), alternate dates will be offered or a full refund will be provided.

5. Guest Conduct

SPKA Jungle Resort is located within a wildlife-rich area of the Western Ghats. Guests are expected to:

  • Respect the natural environment and wildlife. Do not feed, chase, or disturb animals.
  • Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM, to maintain tranquility for all guests and wildlife.
  • Not litter or damage the property, gardens, or surrounding forest areas.
  • Follow safety instructions provided by resort staff, especially during Jeep Safaris, waterfall treks, and nature walks.
  • Not carry or consume illegal substances on the property.
  • Supervise children at all times, particularly near swimming pools and waterfall areas.

The resort reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful to the environment, property, or other guests.

6. Liability & Safety

  • Guests participate in all activities (Jeep Safari, waterfall treks, swimming, campfire, etc.) at their own risk.
  • The resort is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay or while participating in activities.
  • Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their physician before participating in adventure activities.
  • The resort is located in a hilly terrain with uneven paths. Guests are advised to wear appropriate footwear at all times.
  • The resort is not responsible for any disruptions caused by weather conditions, wildlife movement, road blockages, or other natural events beyond our control.

7. Property Damage

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the resort property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of SPKA Jungle Resort and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written consent.

9. Website Use

  • The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
  • While we strive to keep all information accurate, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the content at all times.
  • Images on the website are representative and actual views, rooms, or experiences may vary slightly.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
